At Hold My Dreams we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information about our processes.
Processing Times:
All House of Stillstone orders are dispatched within 2 working days. To protect your products from unnecessary heat exposure and delays, we ship via Express Post only, we do not dispatch orders over weekends to prevent parcels from sitting in delivery depots or trucks. Our priority is to ensure your order arrives fresh, stable, and in perfect condition.
All other orders are processed within 2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
All House of Stillstone Products will be shipped Express Post only shipping rate $14.95 (price may change without notice).
Standard Shipping Cost $10.95 per item and estimated delivery time 5–8 business days
Standard Shipping Cost 2-3 items $14.95 and estimated delivery time 5 - 8 business days
Standard Shipping Cost 4 - 5 items $22.85 and estimated delivery time 5 - 8 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen delays with shipping carriers.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to all locations within Australia.
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside Australia.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages:
We take great care in ensuring your items are packaged securely. However, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused by carriers. If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at houseofstillstone@gmail.com and we will assist in resolving the issue.
